CHRONICLING A 50YR OLD BUSINESS LEGACY
Storytelling in Arabian societies is part of history itself; passing on wisdom and experience from one generation to the next. Zaman was commissioned by the Easa Saleh Al Gurg Group to chronicle five decades of business operations by creating a coffee table book and an updated corporate brochure.
While the corporate brochure had a more functional purpose, as part of the Group’s updated marketing suite, the coffee table book would become a collector’s item to be gifted to the Group’s valued partners.
Designed and edited by Zaman, the book is a curated tapestry of contemporary and archival photographs, commentaries and authoritative anecdotes that together present the reader with a rare insight into the +50yr legacy of the Al Gurg Group. Visually we opted for a muted colour palette that exudes understated richness, a reflection of the brand personality of the Group. The result is a multi-sensorial timeline of one of the UAE’s most dynamic family business groups.
