 Building a New Brand

This prestigious property group from India wanted to bring their highly successful development style and approach to Dubai but had little brand recognition in this highly competitive market.

The communication program centred on developing the brands high quality position. Highlighting their award winning and environmental sensitive buildings within a calm and trusting visual style they avoiding the promotional style which is reducing much of UAE’s property to commodity status.

With thorough and consistent management of all communications from adverts to PR to exhibitions Zaman established the brand almost immediately with researching properties selling well in advance of completion at prices well above the market average.

Research has shown the brand is now firmly embedded in the UAE development sector, synonymous with quality and a benchmark for other to aspire to.
